is an artist’s rights organization formed specifically to certify, monitor, and protect performing artists’ intellectual property rights in the marketplace.
With the proliferation of unauthorized, unlicensed products in the marketplace--in both online and physical storefronts-- ArtistCertified is a cost efficient, effective weapon for monitoring members’ rights and for policing those who unlawfully trade upon members’ intellectual property.

is to proactively prevent the sale of unauthorized or unlicensed music downloads, CDs, DVDs, images, and related products.
ArtistCertified is the only artist - representative organization capable of providing retailers and distributors with timely, verified data regarding the status of individual SKUs. Specifically, ArtistCertified will verify whether products relating to its members are, in fact, licensed and legitimate.
